How do I return an item?

We will accept merchandise ONLY if it's in unused, unworn condition and with free gripper (if shoes) and tags placed in the original product box for exchange or refund. We reserve the right to offset "free shipping" on any/all return merchandise and any shipping charges assessed to us on the return the items . Please send return merchandise to our address below via your preferred carrier and at your cost within 30 days l . If after 30 day period, we will apply a store credit for future purchases. IF YOU NEED TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR ANOTHER SIZE, ORDER THE PRODUCT DESIRED AND WE WILL ADJUST ANY AND ALL CREDITS BACK TO YOUR ACCOUNT ONCE THIS TRANSACTION HAS BEEN COMPLETED (AND WE HAVE RECEIVED ANY UNWANTED PRODUCTS AS PER ABOVE). Credits can take 4 weeks to process.
