How do I return an item?

We will gladly accept merchandise ONLY if it is in unused, unworn condition and with free gripper (if shoes) and tags placed in the original product box for exchange or refund. We reserve the right to offset "free shipping" on any/all return merchandise. Please send return merchandise via any preferred carrier and at your cost within 30 days. If after 30 day period, we will apply a store credit for future purchases. Please include in the box the customer information/original paperwork and instructions regarding your replacement:
